"We love being Hard Rock members because we always know we will have fun and some sort of adventure! The last time we were here was 2020, so coming in 2025 was much different.
The food has definitely gone downhill but we still managed to eat well! Zen and Medi Grill were the two best options. Skip ciao by all means. It was not good at all, and I am not a picky pasta eater. Don’t order room service either… total inedible waste, unfortunately.
The weekends still get so crowded with locals, which can be fun or annoying depending on the vibe you want.
The spa was amazing!! We went multiple times and were never disappointed.
The one weird thing is we are VIP, but told we could not have vip bracelets (which made no difference at all). There was literally never anyone at any of the HOF/VIP type areas/bars, so it was never enticing to go anyway. Boring.
The Legendary and Central pool are where it’s at. OSVALDO and RUTH were the two most amazing bartenders at the legendary pool. Very highly recommend both of them! Go see them! Osvaldo is a very hard worker and also wonderful at preparing us coconut drinks. He has a very contagious smile and was always happy to see us and make our day! We absolutely loved him! If you need a laugh or fun, go see VLADIMIR on the entertainment team. He never disappoints!! The room attendants in building 2A were on point as well.
Yes, the resort is huge, and the carts are less frequent, but I love to walk, especially after the buffet, so it doesn’t bother me. Book a B building if you need to be close to the lobby.
Overall, we know we aren’t getting a super posh, 5 star ⭐️ stay, but we enjoy our all-girls Hard Rock trips. The drinks stay flowing, there’s always music, and always someone who can make you smile. Cheers!"

"Fantastic experience. Incredible staff. Scooby doo was great energy pool side. Andreson and Jose Lugo were great butlers that took care of us like we were family. Went with family of all age ranges and it was an incredible experience for all of us. Never had a problem with any staff. Nury was by far the best pool side waitress including Argenis who was the best on the beach and found us every we were to make sure we had everything we needed."

"I stayed at the Hard Rock Casino Hotel Tuesday thru Sunday. its very beautiful but I dont gamble so that was my first mistake. I learned that Bigger does not mean BETTER! I stayed at the Majestic Resort and had way more fun in DR. Hardrock is more so for people who enjoy spending money. It's like a strip mall in the front. Shops and a casino to Spend Money. The back is the beach and pools. It's literally nothing to do in-between. Food is cool. Liquor seems watered down. Even tho drinks were included I found myself not drinking much. The club is only open Friday and Saturday. The drinks were not included. When I saw 64 USD for a shot of one of the tequila I was in disbelief. The club had VIP sections to purchase. Instead of limiting space to charge a rental fee a bigger club would have been great.
Resort was huge and rooms were nice. The staff was great but I would not recommend coming here for a vacation. If you like to gamble or shop this is a better place for you. Mind you the Majestic has a mini casino.
Checked off my bucket list but doubt if I come back to the Hard Rock Casino Hotel and Resort. The smaller resorts have much more nightly entertainment like karaoke, nightly themes, and better drinks."
