"Very unprofessional. We had a reservation for 13 adults and 4 childeren, when we came by the boat there was no place for us to sit with each other. Some of us had to sit outside and the rest inside all on different places...
So I don't understand why we had to reservate our places and payed almost 2000kr. It's not a big thing to keep some places reservatet for the people who booked before. When we almost took off, the owner asked if some people maybe could take the next boat, because he had to take 5 people more from another stop and that was not possible now, because the boat was full.
I don't recommend to go with this boat, it's a shame that the other one in Haderslev stopped, that one was much better."

The guide was good at telling stories, and he was even funny in a good way. The boat doesn't rock, even though it was a bit windy that day, but because the boat is an electric boat, which has the whole bottom full of batteries, it lies stable on the water. Nice to try to be up and peek at the water in the zoo, at Sophie's spring"
