"Visiting Marselisborg Skovene was amazing. The natural scenery, especially by the beach, was stunning, especially during the winter when everything was blanketed in fresh snow. Despite the biting cold, the views were absolutely breathtaking and made the chilly weather worth enduring. If you're someone who loves nature's beauty, especially in its winter guise, Marselisborg Skovene is definitely worth exploring."

"It was an amazing journey from Aarhus H central station to the forest on foot. I love the smell around me ☺️."

"This forest is very large and quiet with many crisscrossing paths dedicated to walking, jogging, mountain bike and horse riding with well marked signposts for each of these so you can avoid being run by a speeding bike. The trees are very high with a thick canopy so mostly it’s quite shadowy. Meandering paths, with many intersections and difficulty orienting with the sun make it easy to get lost, so I would advise entering the forest with your cellphone and/or some compass or GPS tracking device."
