"This forest is very large and quiet with many crisscrossing paths dedicated to walking, jogging, mountain bike and horse riding with well marked signposts for each of these so you can avoid being run by a speeding bike. The trees are very high with a thick canopy so mostly it’s quite shadowy. Meandering paths, with many intersections and difficulty orienting with the sun make it easy to get lost, so I would advise entering the forest with your cellphone and/or some compass or GPS tracking device."
