What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors generally find AquaPalace Prague to be a fun and extensive water park with good value, especially when booking packages. While the variety of slides and pools is a major draw, some concerns have been raised regarding slide safety and the presence of lifeguards during less busy periods. The on-site dining can be pricey, and purchasing swimwear there is expensive.
"Me and my boyfriend had a two-day stay from Sunday to Monday. I have a very mixed review.
First of all, pluses:
- Good value for money, room in a hotel + breakfast + 2 days of aquapark for 2 adults costed us 127 euros.
- Very clean aquapark, especially toilets.
- Big choice of pools, there is even an area with 180 cm depth.
- Pool with bar, although the choice of cocktails isn't huge.
- Breakfast was decent and room also fine.
Cons:
- both me and my boyfriend had our heads hit when using "Crazy tube" slide. Nothing too bad, but we were scared and complaining. The slide itself is fun, but why do you position it as a "family friendly" when its size (at the end) is clearly not adult friendly?! I am 165 cm height and I feel like even for me this slide is dangerous.
- I haven't seen lifeguards next to a 180 cm deep pool. As well as I haven't seen aquapark workers next to entry to the slides (all of this as of Monday December 1st). I feel like at least "magic tube" and "spacebowl" should have somebody checking age, helping out, ensuring distance. After seeing this and having our heads hit we haven't returned to slides at all even though we usually love them in aquaparks."

"Wow. Thats how my kids kept describing it even after we left.
Easy access by public transportation.
Family price ticket for 2 adults and 2 children.
Lockers, showers, swim clothes dryer, hair dryers, in water adults bar, 3 halls filled with water playgrounds pools and toys, wave pool, dozen of slides and so much more..
Perfectly constructed. Brilliantly maintained. A perfect place to go to."

"Very nice experience. Excecutive room with its perks - a nice addition to the aquapalace waterpark. The water park itself was okay, i liked the wild river slide, although im kinda sad the outdoors part was closed! Also water was a bit too cold for being outside in November. Might come back, might not! I think I liked the Aqualand Moravia a bit more, as their saunas just cannot be topped!"
