"This tram was an absolute disappointment. The wait times are completely unacceptable—45 minutes to over an hour just to get on. Because of the delays, you will miss every scheduled tour or attraction you planned for the day. Nothing about the experience was smooth, organized, or reliable.
If you're visiting and trying to stay on schedule, do NOT depend on this tram. It will throw off your entire itinerary. Truly one of the worst experiences of my trip. The huge ticket taker at the Kino Vaclavske Namesti on 10-12-2025 was rude."

"A different take on a Hop on Hop off tour. The vintage tram trains take you around the city and have stops close to most sights. It’s also a convenient way to get up to the castle and the lookout tower in the upper part of the city. These are NOT part of the public transport system , so fares are higher, but it a 24 hr ticket and it’s a fun way to get around town. Staff is really friendly and helpful too."
