Reviews Summary

Reviews for hotels in Prague City Center are mixed. While many praise the excellent central location, proximity to attractions, and good value for money, some guests report issues with room cleanliness, noise, and inconsistent staff service. Breakfast quality is generally considered decent but not exceptional.

"The hotel is well positioned right in front of a nice shopping mall and tram stop.
The only issue was with the room’s cleanliness: the floor is fully carpeted and during the three days we stayed it was never cleaned, the first day we found it dirty as well.
The cleaning staff was entering the room and the only thing they did was pick up the shower mat and fold it, the toilet has never been cleaned during our stay.
The staff is not super nice but can’t say they were rude neither, just a little cold and uninterested.
The breakfast was okay, not a large variety of food but the basics were present."

Elvira Borrelli

"It’s a good location. Breakfast was decent. There is no leniency in checking in early, 20 euros to do that, or 500 czk. My email from the hotel said checkout was at 11 am, but everywhere else in the hotel said 10 am, so that was annoying. Other than that, no complaints."

Kaylee Lahey

"The location is in downtown near walking to each visit
Old luxurious still
Nice staff
Breakfast was delicious will find all you need
All varieties
And view on town
Double glass windows no sound
Good heater if you feel cold
Elevator to all
Helpfull
Although some rooms with old wooden ground but going well
With it
Enjoyed it so much"
