"Went this morning via Uber from central Prague in 30 minutes as public transport would take about an hour and a half with one or two transfers. Great aircraft museum with the majority of aircraft Czech or Russian. The Czech aircraft going back to the 1920s were very interesting and show the significant role of the Czech aircraft industry in aircraft development. Museum is free! All the informational plaques are in English and Czech."

"Wonderful museum with lots of exhibits of all types stored in some hangars and also displayed outside. The exhibition starts with the early years of the czechoslovak aviation with many early propeller aircrafts used by the military and civil aviation during the interwar period. It continues with fighter planes used in WW2 and goes all the way to the warsaw pact period, the period that the majority of planes in the museum belong to. The most unique exhibits are the two variants of the german jet me 262, the capsule of the space missions which brought the first czechoslovak person in space and the two swedish saab: draken and viggen. There is a souvenir shop which has a huge variety of merchandise such as diecast models, plastic models which can be assembled, posters, patches and many more things."
