"I am furious with the way we were treated at this hotel. We have been loyal customers for 4 years, and never once have we experienced such disrespect until now. The hotel feels unfinished and unprepared, you have to take care of everything yourself. Housekeeping ignores requests, our shampoo and soap were never refilled for over a week, and we had to buy our own. The air conditioning is unbearably hot, and when guests complain, the staff become defensive and rude instead of helping.
The worst part was the restaurant. Our meals were prepaid, yet the waitress Andrea followed us to the table, demanded we pay again immediately or leave, and then had the audacity to call my mother a liar and rude when we explained we had already paid. Andrea is extremely unprofessional, rude, and clearly does not know how to treat customers. No one in all our years of coming here has ever spoken to us the way she did.
This was shocking, insulting, and completely unacceptable."
