What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Aria Hotel Las Vegas is praised for its superb location, modern design, and luxurious atmosphere, with many guests highlighting the pleasant scent and excellent service. However, some find the breakfast offerings to be lacking in variety and quality for a 5-star establishment, and minor room issues like lighting and air conditioning have been noted.
"This is almost one of those places that you might want to keep to yourself so it isn't overrun with bad tourists, but that would not be fair to the owners and staff. We researched many different hotels on a recent trip to Prague and are SO thankful we stayed here. It is in a quiet part of Prague but still close to everything. Nice restaurants, tram line. The food was outstanding. Rooms very tastefully decorated and quiet. We frequent 4 and 5 star hotels worldwide and without a doubt, this place was a favorite. Ironically, we left the hotel after the first few days for a planned trip to Vienna for a weekend, and stayed at a Hilton there, and could not wait to come back to the Aria Hotel as the Hilton seemed too corporate and sterile. If we happen to find ourselves in Prague again, I would stay here again. My only regret was not checking out their sister hotel (Golden Well) as a backup."

"The superb location, the quietness of the room and its excellent cleanliness makes Aria hotel very high value for money. We are glad that we chose this hotel for our vacation and it is defiantly deserve a very high score.
Despite the hotel is very close to Charles bridge and Prague's castle, it was very quite. We walked to all the attractions easily every day. There are many excellent restaurants and bars around Aria hotel and it was easy for us to find something to eat in any hour. Our room view was the beautiful Vrtba Garden and there is a free access to it from the hotel.
The Concierge team (especially "Henry" who showed high care about the hotel and its guests) & reception was very helpful and answered every question we had very quickly and professionally. We also experienced amazing organized hiking day trip from the hotel to Saxon-Czech area, which is highly recommended. We appreciated the hotel's beautiful musical design and felt connected to its musical classical atmosphere. The hotel gifted us with premium experience in the Coda restaurant, which was exceptional and unforgettable.
We are very sorry to write that the breakfast fell very short from our 5 stars expectations. The variety of food and the amount of food were consistently very poor. Frankly, 5 stars hotel cannot afford serving a glass of vegetables and very few portions of cheese and salmon every single day. The breads at the buffet were always dry. When we ordered pancakes without syrups, they were very dry and the taste was dreadful. The staff at the breakfast was inconsistent, at the first 2-3 days there was an unfriendly woman who made everyone nervous. At the other days, the atmosphere was much lighter, and the staff was mostly very kind to us. We would like to mention a guy named Tom who we met also in the Coda restaurant. Tom's presence made everything smooth and calm. He made our birthday celebration experience much better at the breakfast and made us so happy. Thank you Tom! :)
Other small things that could be better:
1. Not enough lights in the room
2. High speed charging power sockets located close to the floor and only works if the light is on. Therefore, we had to charge our phone on the floor and with the light on.
3. We were told that currently the air conditioner couldn't cool the room and in some nights it was a bit too warm.
4. We were told that the odor extraction fan was turned off because one guy from higher floor said he hates fans. The odors from the toilet was unpleasant sometimes and there was no way to control it.
5. Internet frequently stuck when we tried to watch movies, but after couple of min it was smooth. Overall it was bearable.
6. The document that states the hotel charges upon check out was extremely difficult to understand.
7. Some of the staff didn't speak English well and there were some slight miscommunications."

"My name is Mark Lisnow, myself and my wife Carole Lucas just finished spending a month at the Aria Hotel. It was the most enjoyable experience we have ever had in a hotel. We are both retired and seasoned travelers and have been staying in hotel all over the World for the past 60 years.. The Aria is the best hotel we have ever experienced. It was highly recommended by a friend of ours who has lived in Prague his whole life. The hotel is professionally operated. The front desk is extremely professional and could not do enough for us. The morning breakfast is sensational and usually included in the price of the room. The wait staff is incredible. The conceige service is knowledgeable and always there to help you navigate your day.
A testament to the hotel is the owner and his wife are there every day working hard to make sure your experience is outstanding
I highly recommend this hotel.. also an outstanding location literally around the corner from the Charles Bridge"
