"We had the pleasure of celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary here. We had eaten at Noma only two weeks prior so know what an exceptional restaurant can do. I had done a fair bit of research to find the right restaurant in Prague as my wife is a vegetarian and I wanted the meal to be special, and special it was. Simon attended to us and every single dish he served us was as good as what we ate at Noma. The service is impeccable, both in timing of food, and friendliness of the staff, I watched and they provided this level of service for every diner near us. It is not Michelin starred, but it should be, get in quick before it is and the meal prices go up to match the standard of food they serve. My only regret is that we live on the other side of the world and we can’t be regular patrons"
