I just went to clean a glass carafe that had some stubborn stains in it. I poured very hot water in it. The carafe exploded and hot water went all over my leg. I ran cold water over it and then put your gel on it. So glad I bought it. Your products are excellent and you never know when you might need them. Many thanks."
