Varadero best parts of the beach and for attractive nightlife

What is the best parts of varadero beach and why? I'm open to both lots of people or just serene seclusion. Also, where is the nightlife? Both bars but also more local vibes. I lean less towards heavy drinking but enjoy places with lots of people.
