Traditional olive oil isn’t popular anymore—it’s not cost-effective or made for mass production. But we’re keeping the tradition alive for its unmatched quality and flavor. Grab your bottle of Levantine—two bottles, free shipping!

Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise the Škrip Olive Oil Museum for its authentic experience, passionate guides, and delicious tastings. The personalized tours and the opportunity to learn about traditional olive oil production are highlights, making it a memorable stop on Brač Island. Some find the olive oil itself to be on the pricier side, but most agree the quality and overall experience justify the cost.

"We had a fantastic experience here. Stephan greeted us with cherry grappa and a lively introduction to his family’s olive oil mill. He was so passionate and knowledgeable. We learned about the building that houses the machinery, got a demonstration of how the oil would have been processed and pressed, and then had a wonderful tasting experience of the oil produced there, including delicious cheese, wine, olives and tapenades for a very reasonable price. They even had gluten-free bread to accommodate my allergy. I took loads of pictures and asked all kinds of questions and Stephan answered them all and encouraged us to stay as long as we liked. We bought oil and fig marmalade to take home. This was one of my favorite experiences in Croatia. Not to be missed! No Marco, no problem 😉"

"Great experience and very entertaining guide. Still a family business and to learn about the process of creating olive oil is very interesting. The oil itself is quite expensive but very tasteful. The tasting after the tour is also recommended. Plenty of bread, oil, spreads for a decent price."

Jeroen Verhaart

"I love everything about this place. From the talks about the olives and olive oil to the food and lovely special ingredients. We had the most expensive option with meet, cheese and fish.

It was a feast! Its good to come hungry ;)
Everything was very tasty and high quality.

The place is authentic with a rustic modern touch. Includes cute shop where you can buy olive oil for a good price and high quality, also some marmelades and other tasty snacks."
