Reviews Summary
Medveja Beach is widely praised for its stunning, crystal-clear waters and beautiful pebble shore, offering a magical and peaceful atmosphere. Visitors appreciate the family-friendly facilities and the option for water sports like paddleboarding. However, parking can be a significant challenge and costly, and the limited public toilet facilities are a minor inconvenience.
"Stunning, that is what I will say. Magical beach, ethereal looking. There is even a legend that a lady was bathing in the Medveja sea, who knows? 🤔
Best place, including Mošćenička Draga, to swim and snorkel at in "The Opatija Riviera". The kids will also love it . There is many bars and restaurants around Medveja, but I recommend "Obelix". There is one thing that might be a problem... There isn't muck parking lots. The beach is never full tho because it is pretty big. So, take care of the parking before going there! 😉"

"Beautiful beach with crystal-clear water!
Medveja Beach is a wonderful spot on the Croatian coast — the water is incredibly clean, the pebble shore is well-maintained, and the surrounding nature makes it very peaceful. It's best to arrive early in the morning if you want a place in the natural shade. Otherwise, you'll need to rent sunbeds with umbrellas, but they don’t provide full protection from the sun.
A small note: there is only one public toilet and it’s paid, so make sure to bring small coins.
Also, parking across the road in the campsite has become more expensive this year — it now costs 20 euros.
Still, the beach is definitely worth a visit!"

"The beach is ok. You will find space here. But bare in mind that there are parts of the beach where the water is colder. Parking is a bit harder to find. Across the beach you can park for 15€ a day. There are toilets and bars. Also across the street you have a mini supermarket."
