"Like other reviews have pointed out there is not Jeep. It is a bus that picks you up and drops you off to your hotel. Other then that this is a fun way to get to and from Monteverde. The views from the lake are beautiful and you can sit back and relax. This is way faster then driving around to get from La Fortuna to Monteverde and back. I would recommend. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Transportation arrived on time and we left on time. they are very punctual."

On a completely separate note, I left a hat and some clothes at my hostel in Monteverde and this company took my belongings all the way from Monteverde and dropped it at my hostel in LF. I am so grateful and this was a 5 star experience! Lost for words. The people of Costa Rica are amazing and so friendly and kind. Highly recommend going with this company!"

Overall, considering the price it is good value for money. It is by no means luxury, and do not expect a Jeep (they really should rename it “bus-boat-bus”).
The shuttle for us actually arrived 15 minutes early which was a first. But we did wait 20 minutes on the boat for other shuttles to arrive and fill up the boat.
It was a little chaotic with luggage so I’d recommend packing light if using this service but it is a cool way to see fun things on the way and save money. The shuttles are average, defo not luxury by any stretch but get you there in relative comfort.
The break spot before Monteverde is very nice though, with an excellent view & the boat is decent."
