What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the thrilling ATV tours, stunning waterfalls, and engaging chocolate experiences at Vista Los Sueños Adventure Park. Guides are consistently praised for their friendliness and professionalism, making activities enjoyable for all. While the $1000 card hold for ATVs can be a point of contention due to processing delays, most agree the overall adventure is well worth it.
"Super fun ATV tour — just be aware of the $1000 hold!
I did the 2-hour ATV tour from Vista Los Sueños, and it was an awesome experience overall. The tour includes round-trip transportation from Jacó Walk, which made everything super convenient.
Our guide Marco was fantastic — really friendly, patient, and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout the ride. The route itself was a lot of fun, with a good mix of trails and great scenery. The highlight was definitely the beautiful waterfall and the amazing viewpoint at the end. After the tour, they even gave us some fresh fruit, which was a nice touch!
One thing I wish I’d known beforehand: when you pay for the tour, they require either a $25 insurance fee (in case of vehicle damage) or a $1000 hold on your card that’s supposed to be released afterward. I chose the hold, but my bank took a long time to remove it, and I had to contact both my bank and the Vista Los Sueños team to sort it out. The staff was helpful and provided a letter to confirm they had released the charge, but it was still a bit of a hassle. Next time, I’d definitely just pay the $25 insurance to avoid that trouble.
Would I recommend it? Absolutely yes! Just make sure you understand how the $1000 hold works before choosing that option. Otherwise, it’s a super fun and well-organized tour — totally worth it!"

"1000/10!! My family and I did the ATV with the waterfall tour with Mary. She was beyond exceptional and amazing with my 4 year old daughter. The ATVs are easy to use and the views along the trail are majestic!! The waterfall is amazing and you get to ride at the end to the top of a mountain to see the ocean and take pictures. I can’t recommend this place enough and thanks sooo much again to Mary!! We will most definitely be back."

"My husband and I came to do a chocolate tour with our 2 children and were impressed with how organizing, clean and professional this entire property and adventure park is. Highly recommend to do the chocolate tour it was fun, delicious & interactive for families with small children. We saw monkeys & toucans. Ended up not wanting to leave so we booked a 2hr buggy tour which led to a waterfall and swimming for 25mins and WOW! Worth every penny!! I’d pay to experience this all over again. My children and husband keep talking about how this was the highlight of our trip. Jason was our ATV / Buggy tour guide and he was so sweet, informative & cautious with our family. We had such a blast, can’t recommend this experience enough definitely regret not doing zip lining! Thanks again!"
