"I've been here 3 times now. I would probably first have given 3.5 stars. The man made hot pools are nice and supposedly they get the water from a heated source in the ground! But that's where it ends. both times I ordered multiple food items off the menu. The ordering process is odd. and the food is sub par. And for the price its awful! The prices here are ridiculous. To me it doesn't really make the soak worth it. This is a clear tourist trap. They also really aren't that friendly there. They know they are ripping you off. They are rather pretentious and not welcoming. The third time I was denied entry because I brought my own food. And they couldn't handle that I didn't want to eat their shitty over priced food. This is the type of tourist trap that's what's wrong with areas of Costa Rica."
