The farms are lauded as beautiful places with an incredible diversity of flowers, and the home-cooked meals are frequently highlighted as exceptionally delicious and made with love. While some wish for more dining options and a deeper dive into the silleta process, the overall experience is described as peaceful, inspiring, and deeply authentic.

"Having been dropped off and the only guests the day we, my girlfriend and I, visited, was an amazing experience. The man, Joaquin, was so welcoming. He was so kind and so brilliant about what he has done and is continually doing as being a Silletero. So proud, and so smart. The information and the simple living was absolutly inspirational.

Luzmila was a wonderful cook. She promptly informed us when she was done in the kitchen that she made the meal with love. I, personally, don't think you can find meals made with love in most places, but this one was really special to have."

"A beautiful place, Don Joaquín is the most beloved. Of the farms in the area, we found it to be the quietest; you can see the flowers, enjoy them, and learn about the processes without so much noise.
There are buses that drop you off very close to the farm, and buses to Medellín also pass nearby.

To improve: More dining options and a more detailed look at the silleta process."
