No AC in common areas.
Rooms are basic/depending on how much you pay, you will end up on their least renovated side, far away from the amenities.
I caught a stomach bug (truly considered going to the hospital) after eating at their pool bar. They showed ZERO empathy and told us too bad if I got sick!
Red flag: My sandals went missing in my room & the property refuses to address my concern. I have received invalid email addresses and others that will not respond."

"I stay in hotels almost half the year so I have a lot to compare to at that price point, and this was very disappointing. It started off bad…the check-in took over a hour. Then the #1 most important thing to me is internet-which was terrible in the room.
I had to go to the outdoor cafe (no A/C) to use a mediocre internet. By the evening, I’d already killed 2 mosquitos in the room. The bathroom was extremely tiny, not sure how they squeezed a shower in it.
I was wanting to stay the week, but wanted to test out 1 night first- glad I did…It was not a good value exchange- will not come back here- the only thing going for this is the history & style of the hotel, and the buffet wasn’t too bad.
