"We stayed on a summer weekend. The hotel is part of the Wuxi Dangkou Ancient Town Scenic Area. There are several roads directly connecting to the ancient town. However, the weather is hot, so it is not recommended to visit the ancient town during the day. The night tour is also unique.
The check-in process was smooth. Accor Platinum members checked in and took the initiative to provide room upgrades, welcome fruits and welcome gifts, executive benefits and delayed check-out until 4PM. Lucy at the front desk also walked through the entire hotel under the scorching sun to send us to the room. Thank you very much.
As a resort hotel, the hotel is composed of multiple single-family buildings, with a maximum height of 2 floors, which gives tourists a completely different stay experience from urban reinforced concrete high-rise business hotels. The courtyard room we stayed in this time has a small courtyard in the middle of the room, which is also a very novel stay experience.
There are a few small points to mention: the swimming pool experience on Sunday afternoon was not good. It may be that after being outsourced, more children around came to swim, almost filling up the two swimming lanes and the soaking pool. My roommate and I had almost no way to swim; in addition, the hotel Chinese restaurant currently does not support the 50% discount policy for A-plus members for two people, and has adjusted it to 70% off."
