"Interesting look into the Republic era of China 1910-25. Architecture is amazing in it's use of courtyards for functions of government. The furniture likewise is a view of early 20th Century style and present in abundance. The family mansion encompasses three floors and also maintains a full suite of unique furniture. The day we went it was very busy and at the height of summer could be quite warm. Hydrate. It's well worth the trip and just a block away from the earlier dynasty's palaces."
