"This is one of the must see temples around Ningbo. The complex is beautifully restored. It is very easily accessible either with a taxi or a bike. Try not to come on the weekend as it gets very busy. There are several beautiful shrines and a reservoir on the hill just behind the temple. Most visitors just stay in the temple complex proper. There is a small door at the back of the temple that leads into the forest. The path is a bit steep at first, but once you get on top of the hill it is relatively flat. This is a start of a hiking trail and if you feel fit (or feel like mountain biking), you will see some really incredible places."
