"So called the Hangzhou of fujian, this is another famous old street of fuzhou. It has many old architecture and is still in the midst of renovation but the two main streets have many to offer.
Shang xiahang is a bit far from mrt station, around 10 min walks from Dadao station exit C, but it’s worth the walk as along the road you’ll passed by many food eateries shops.
The entrance of Shangxiahang will give you a very impressive view, with a river, a bridge, an arch and a temple. There are also very nice Fuzhou food which can be found here."

"A lot of old buildings representing FuZhou cultures by the water."

"This tourist place has hugely improved compared to when i last visited 3 years ago.
More varieties of shops / stores. More locations to take IG photos. Goid thing is, many buildings are still kept in the original state, unlike Yangtaishan.
It is less touristry compared to Yangtaishan and SangfangQiXiang and outshines by both. I prefer it this way.
Oh, there is a Tim Hortons at the junction of Longping Street and Xuahang Road."
