What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Dalingshan Forest Park is appreciated for its free entry and pleasant natural scenery, offering a refreshing escape. However, the 'Guangdong Greenway' is a significant drawback, being a busy road rather than a safe pedestrian path, which raises safety concerns for walkers and cyclists. The Guanyin Temple is a notable highlight for its beauty and tranquility.
"Best park."

"Decent scenery, free entrance is the best part."
Water Matters
"Daling Mountain itself is fantastic, but I found it ridiculous that the so-called "Guangdong Greenway" on the mountain is just a regular motor vehicle lane with no sidewalks at all. Cars travel very fast, making it extremely dangerous for pedestrians to walk along the "greenway." There are even signs prohibiting cycling downhill (you must dismount and push your bike)!! Almost everyone drives up the mountain and then parks haphazardly everywhere. If you like mountains, shouldn't you walk up?"
