"As a Westerner, visiting the Chengdu Global Center was a pretty fascinating experience, just the sheer scale of the place is wild. The entrance alone is massive and impressive. Inside, there are a ton of shops and restaurants, so it’s easy to spend a couple of hours wandering around and people watching.
That said, if you’re a foreigner, be aware that some stores may charge you a foreigner tax, and a lot of the items are priced higher than what you’d find elsewhere in the city. Still, it was well worth a visit just to see it for myself, but I probably wouldn’t go back again with so much else to explore in Chengdu."

For me, the best part is this hidden gem - sports massage: 常樂 Chang Le massage.
Highly recommended for their sports massage."
