"The hotel is located nearby as a high tower building in a two tower complex. Anyway location is very convenient to the lake view especially by evening, when light starts on. Hotel service is very helpful, especially concierge (Eric is my favor one), who speaks English very well and help you out gladly. Do not recommend to catch a cab if you do not speak Chinese, better use a translator or make sure the price is settled and good before you get inside, BTW.
Rooms are clean, comfort and quiet. Watch what is included in the price, since you could be surprised by bottled water is to be paid extra, in a 5 star hotel??? When in need of cleaning service or any other support better to ask a concierge, since the operator is not that good in English, so you may find yourself in a deep st when in urgent for any room service, etc. Good food and lots of local spicy specialites, so for those of you who wants to enjoy delicious food, feel free to ask for a service suggestions.
Bathrobes are in XXS sizes so do not be surprised on your way down to the swimming pool and spa :))
In the same complex you can easily find a shopping center and a Walmart. Must have is to visit a Theater Center (the funny space ship alike building) nearby it and an island with cosy Pub with local and international beverages, live music. There is a special tea room inside the hotel, so feel free to relax there too."

"This is regarding my stay at the Luxury Collection Hotel at Meixi Lake. Beautiful hotel with check out on the later side at 2!. Nice staff. The bathroom stall in the room I stayed with smelled perhaps due to plumbing, and there were parts of the window where the paint wasn't finished. Overall it's a very nice, luxury hotel. Included breakfast buffet was so delicious. The beds were very comfortable. I'd love to stay there again if I'm in Changsha again."

"A very luxurious hotel in Changsha. Location is very convenient, there's a mall at the back of the hotel.
Rooms are huge with a walk-in closet, 2 lavatories, separate doors for the water closet and for the shower.
The curtains for the room and the bath tub are both powered and can be raised or lowered with the flick of the switch.
The view over the lake is fantastic!"
