"Nice serene village not commercialized yet.
In Zanskar valley, famous for its monastery and copper- brass metal working craftsmen.
Road to go is stunning with huge mountains & interesting geology. The craftsman I met was very friendly & showed me around his workshop. I picked up a few things- they are the last metal craftsmen in all of ladakh, producing unique traditional objects by hand.
Unforgettable experience for craft & art enthusiasts"

"I really liked the design and quality of the clothes in this store. It makes me even sadder to write this review. I bought a pashmina scarf this afternoon. When I got home and tried on the pants, they didn't fit. The problem is that the store has very small mirrors, located only in a rather dark and cramped changing room. Where you can't see the perspective and yourself in your chosen clothes. I didn't check and they didn't give me a receipt when I bought it. A few hours later I tried to return my pants, which didn't fit me well, but they rudely told me they wouldn't return them and started talking to me in a raised voice. There are global consumer rules and I believe that a store shouldn't violate them. I returned the pants in the same perfect condition as when I bought them. After trying them on once at home. They weren't custom-made. And what surprised me most was the attitude of the staff, who spoke to me rudely and aggressively. Considering that this is an exclusive and quite expensive shop (a pashmina shawl cost Rs 18,000 and silk pants Rs 6,500). I wanted to recommend this shop to my friends, but with such an attitude I will not do it. Just be careful. This is the first time this has happened to me in many years of traveling and shopping in different countries of the world."
