"Reading the reviews, I was a bit hesitant to go, but I was already in the area so I went for it. My personal experience was okay, there were 4 baths outside available (the one near the wall is warmest) and a few inside which I did not try. The weather conditions were good, and there were not many people on a monday afternoon.
I suspect the experience will strongly depend on how crowded the place is, and I can see it being much worse when it is busy, so plan and adjust expectations accordingly. The furniture is ageing and overall the facility has seen better days.
It's also more expensive than another therme I visited just days before- and not better, so I wouldn't make the trip out here just for this particular therme."

"I spent the day there on Dec. 24. The scenery was very nice and the hot springs were amazing.
I will say that because I went during a low season of tourists, they only had 7 pools opened. The other 7 were empty. I understand that it's costly to operate every single pool but the main pool that allows kids to swim underneath was closed. This one should have remained opened.
They also do not allow food or drinks near the pool. You have to order inside the restaurant and be completely dry. I paid the same price if the season would have been high. Kids 9 and older are charged an adult price. $84 US dollars for 2 adults and 2 kids."
