Reviews Summary

Visitors find the Puerto Natales Bus Terminal to be a modern and well-equipped facility, featuring helpful kiosks and clear information for various bus routes, including international ones. However, some note that seating can be insufficient during peak hours, and occasional disorganization or cleanliness issues have been observed. Reddit

"Nice modern bus terminal with lots of great pictures showing the beauty of Patagonia and some kiosks where to buy food ad drinks for your trip or a last minute souvenir. All main bus line offices are also located inside the terminal. While there is a double-sided row of chairs in the middle, they are not enough for all the people that flock to the terminal when the early morning "rush hour" of busses leave for El Calafate and other cities both in Chile and Argentina. So if you have to get there early to do a pre-boarding check-in (required for international travels), you better get there rather early, if you don't want to have to stand until your bus arrives."

Niccolo' Bertoldi

"The place was a little disorganized, The floor had a large amount of drink spilled, which was not cleaned and potentially could cause people to slip and fall. There was a homeless person sleeping inside the terminal. The bus check-in line moved pretty quickly. Passengers should arrive at least 30 min before the departure time to complete the check-in without stress. The place was super easy to find and the cab ride from the downtown area of Puerto Natales was approximately 8 min."
