Reviews Summary
Reviews for accommodations in Pucón are mixed. While many praise the ideal location and cleanliness, some guests have encountered issues with Wi-Fi, heating, and breakfast quality. Despite some drawbacks, the friendly staff and good value for money are often highlighted, making it a decent base for exploring the area.
"Substandard accommodations IMO. Spotty Wifi and none sometimes. forget the breakfast choices. Go to de la P. Great coffee and danish and simple breakfast choices. Five minute walk. One day the water heater was accidentally shut off? Wha? Old,,,, I mean olllllddddd hotel. No view of the lake, unless you try and look through trees and telephone wires. Do not expect much, of course for $100 us bucks or so that’s what you get. No pool, I guess they had one before? Bed was ok. Surprisingly, the bath towels were very nice. It is walking distance from Higgins street, the Main Street of shops. I do not recommend this hotel."

"The hotel's location is perfect. The service is fine. The breakfast is poor, the rooms (at least the one I stayed in) were nice, but the heating was terrible, and the water never got hot."
pia sanchez
"Overall it was ok since we were mostly out and about anyway. Only the missing toilet brush wasn't ideal, to put it diplomatically. The breakfast was ok for the price, but the earlier you get there, the more there is from the buffet."
