Reviews Summary
Laguna Chica is widely praised as a beautiful, family-friendly natural escape with affordable entry and good amenities. Visitors love the peaceful atmosphere, safety measures like lifeguards, and the option for water activities. Some find the surrounding dirt roads challenging for cycling all the way around.
"A nice place to go with the family.
There are lifeguards and a nurse's office.
I liked that they don't allow speakers so you can enjoy the sounds of nature more.
There are food stalls, lots of small trees for shade, a bathroom, a changing room, and a shower, as well as kayak rentals.
P.S.: They charge 1,500 during the week and 3,000 on the weekend.
You can bring an umbrella and half a tent.
Alcohol, speakers, and full tents are not allowed."
Susana Martinez Muñoz
"This is a wonderful place, located in San Pedro de la Paz and very accessible by all means. It features a natural pool with lanes and sections tailored to the visitor's needs. It's suitable for children and is constantly monitored by lifeguards and picnic and recreation area attendants who keep it clean and safe. Of course, there are associated costs, but they're affordable for all budgets. Water features are available for rent and food is available for that typical post-swim cool-down. All you need is the desire to have a good time."

"Nice, friendly, family-friendly place. You have a clean space, with well-defined signs and spaces. The number of lifeguards is excellent! You have six pools marked by depth. Green areas and natural shade abound. Beautiful, affordable."
