What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the Casablanca Valley for its exceptional wines, particularly its crisp white varietals, and the beautiful vineyard landscapes. The attentive service and gourmet dining experiences at many wineries are frequently highlighted as memorable aspects of a visit. However, some guests noted that certain wine selections might not appeal to everyone, and a few suggested improvements in sustainability practices.
"A refined and thoughtful dining experience — with room for a small sustainability improvement
I visited this restaurant on a quiet Monday around midday, without a reservation and with the sole intention of discovering their culinary offering — and it was truly memorable.
The space is serene and beautifully designed, and the staff offer attentive, warm, and professional service from start to finish. Their concept is quite unique: they serve only tasting menus with wine pairings — 10, 6, or 4 courses, each paired thoughtfully with wines.
I opted for the 4-course menu with pairing, and I must say, it was a delightful surprise. Each dish was rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and the wine selections elevated the experience even further. The pacing, care, and attention to detail really made it clear that this team is passionate about what they do.
My only gentle suggestion — and one I hope the restaurant considers — is to offer a lighter or more flexible menu option. Even the 4-course set was very generous, and while everything was excellent, I unfortunately couldn’t finish all of it. It felt like a missed opportunity to be more aligned with sustainable dining practices, especially considering how thoughtful every other aspect of the experience was.
That said, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to indulge in a high-quality, well-executed gastronomic experience. It's definitely a gem for lovers of good food and wine."

"We stopped by for a drink early afternoon. We went to the bistro and were offered a pre-fix menu for 4 or 6-course meals. The menu items seemed very good but we just had lunch so we opted to have drinks only. We had a glass of Cabernet and a glass of ice sweet wine. We were both not a huge fan of those two drinks. They were ok for us. However I liked the atmosphere, sitting on the patio overlooking the vineyard."

"What a beautiful building with an added bonus of amazing wine. It was 2 in our party. Did the tasting with the meal. The staff was flexible to make changes to the menu. They were also prompt to serve the wine with the meal and explained in detail what was being poured. Unfortunately no one spoke English so I had to translate. There was a large party behind us only speaking English as well. Bilingual staff is beneficial"
