What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Mulholland Point Lighthouse for its picturesque beauty and convenient location, offering stunning views across the Lubec Narrows. It's a quick, worthwhile stop for its scenic charm and the novelty of crossing into Canada. Some mention mosquitoes and the basic restroom facilities as minor drawbacks.
"Great little lighthouse located a two minute drive into Canada from the United States. The area is well-maintained and there is a dirt parking lot. There is a porta potty on site, but it is not a handicap porta potty. Getting to the lighthouse was a quick 32nd walk from the parking lot. There is a little shed next-door. I would say like a mini museum great views of the bridge that crosses over into the United States and Maine. If you’re driving over to go to Campobello I would say take a quick detour. You’ll spend five minutes there and you will enjoy it."

"I went in early September at dusk and there was no crowd. It was a foggy day, so the view was interesting. The only negative experience I had is there were quite a few mosquitoes and they do seem to love me, but that's nature and no reflection on the lighthouse itself! lots of beautiful rose hips from the rosebushes."

"Thank you to Dennis for the tour! Lovely lighthouse, worth the stop on your travels ❤"
