"I’ve been to almost every cat cafe that had opened in Toronto (excluding GTA). Vintage Cat Cafe is BY FAR the best experience I’ve had in the city!
The cat room is only available via reservation but I was lucky and there was an opening when I arrived. It’s $25/person which is on the pricier side, but it includes a full hour, two churu treat sticks, and a drink so it’s a great value! And they have 10 cats which I believe were all rescues :)
The cat room was so clean, and didn’t smell bad! I mention this because it’s big problem at other cat cafes I’ve visited. It’s comfortable for both humans and cats because there is a couch and a number soft seating options. The cats seemed really well taken care of, a few of them even smelled faintly of shampoo and I noticed that they even had their nails recently clipped so the staff seem really on top of the grooming!
It’s honestly just so relieving to see a cat cafe FINALLY done right. So many stores have come and gone and I’ve left other cat cafes feeling concerned for their well being. One of the cats in particular (angel) was sooo cuddly and loving! So lovely to see a cat cafe do right by their cats and maintain their business well. Thank you so much!"

"Probably one of the best café experiences i have had in Toronto. The vibes were so nice, it was decorated so cutely. I loved how they had a separate room for cats, making the experience a lot more smooth/comfortable. I went with a friend and we liked the fact that there was an option to pay for 30mins instead of an hour. The owners were so sweet they gave treats to give to the cats, that the cars loveddd. Overall great experience, I think I’ll definitely comeback even for just the café!!"
