"This is a warning review for potential applicants of TMU’s BFA Dance Performance program. This program bullies and tears students down. Their teaching methods and constant insults destroy students’ confidence and mental health. The obvious favouritism towards a couple students is disgusting for so called teachers. Universities are meant to be evolving the world, challenging the norms, growing perspectives. This program does none of that- their teaching is stuck in the past and does not reflect current student experiences or needs. If you love dance and are at the elite level to be pursuing it as a career, avoid TMU."
