"Its just so sad that there is no parking!!
You have to pay to park to enjoy the library. Five stars to my city, Brampton, where EVERY library has adequate parking!!"

"We are so grateful for the care and attention from the library staff! My son accidentally left his annual class bookmark in a returned book. The librarian found it, called my cell, and even left a voicemail to let us know. Although it took us two weeks to finally visit the library, she kept the bookmark safe and returned it to us. She had even carefully printed my name, library card number, and phone number on a note — such thoughtful and detailed work! Absolutely beyond our expectations. Thank you for showing such kindness and professionalism!"
