Reviews Summary
Real Sports Bar & Grill is celebrated for its unparalleled sports viewing experience, boasting hundreds of TVs and an electric atmosphere, especially during major games. Patrons praise the energetic vibe, attentive service, and solid pub fare, with wings and sliders being popular choices. However, the premium location comes with a premium price tag, and some find the sauces a bit thick or certain dishes lacking in value.
"We came for Sunday Football and absolutely loved it! The service was quick and attentive. We were also able to get a TV change to show our favourite team playing. We ordered appetizers and drinks and it was all delicious! The mozza sticks were insane and we got the chicken fried chicken sliders - highly recommend!"

"Seeking a quick bite, my friend and I dropped into Real Sports Bar & Grill for some wings and found an atmosphere that truly lives up to the name.
The vibe is fantastic—the room is an energetic tribute to sports, thoroughly decked out with memorabilia. It’s well-designed and the perfect spot if you’re looking to immerse yourself in a game. Our server, Keyla, was wonderful: very helpful and genuinely accommodating.
The menu focuses on general bar fare, which is exactly what you’d expect from a venue like this. They offer a plentiful selection of drinks to cater to every taste. We ordered both Buffalo and Habanero wings. The wings themselves were well-cooked, achieving that satisfying texture you look for. However, I noted that the sauces were a bit thicker than average.
* The Buffalo wings were quite good, offering a classic flavor profile. 8/10.
* The Habanero wings, while enjoyable, were surprisingly tame and didn't deliver the heat we expected. 7/10.
The only real drawback is the price point. Given the prime real estate location and the staffing, the bill was noticeably higher than similar establishments, which might hurt the pocket a bit.
Overall, if you are a dedicated sports fan looking for a lively atmosphere to watch your team play, this is absolutely the place to be. The food is solid, and the service is great, but be prepared for a premium price tag."

"Good vibes, nice bar/resto to go to right before game at Scotiabank Arena. Service was decent, nothing that stands out. Food arrived timely manner. Waiter was efficient, although he didn't bring extra dip we asked for, for the nachos, brought down his tip for that.
Food prices expensive but expected for the place. Atmosphere, great. Something to note, we ordered nachos with brisket but barely noticed any brisket, so I'd opt out of that since it extra.
Only real complaint is, the server had some serious body odour emitting from him. I'm not trying to be mean but every time he walked by our table would catch a whiff of the body odour. I'm sure other patrons smelt it too. I'm not going to out him and describe how he looks but maybe management can remind the staff to be mindful of their hygiene"

The Ultimate Game Day Experience
To truly maximize your game day visit, planning is key. For high-stakes games, arriving several hours before kickoff or puck drop is essential, particularly if you're aiming for a coveted spot at the bar. While reservations are recommended for tables, the bar area operates on a first-come, first-served basis, so an early arrival can mean the difference between a great seat and standing room only. Be prepared for potential cover charges during playoff seasons, as this is a common practice for popular venues.
Beyond the screens, the bar offers a wide selection of over 100 beers on tap, ensuring there's a brew for every palate. The food menu complements the sports theme with hearty, shareable options perfect for a group. While the prices reflect the prime location and premium experience, the overall atmosphere and dedicated service make it a worthwhile destination for any serious sports fan.
Culinary Adventures at Real Sports
For the truly adventurous, the 'No-No' Food Challenge presents a unique culinary dare: consume a 5.5 lb rib platter solo within 48 minutes, and it's on the house. This challenge highlights the bar's willingness to offer exciting, albeit massive, dining experiences. Appetizers like mozzarella sticks and sliders are also popular choices for sharing, perfect for a group watching a game.
It's important to note that the pricing at Real Sports Bar & Grill is on the higher end, a common observation among patrons. This is attributed to its prime location in Maple Leaf Square and the overall premium experience it offers. While the food is generally considered solid and satisfying for a sports bar, some reviews suggest being mindful of specific items, like brisket on nachos, where the portion might be less than expected for the price.
