Moreover, Ivan has gone above and beyond to uphold the quality of their pieces and the customer experience. We had a piece gifted to us from this gallery a year ago and it broke. Living in NY I could not bring it in, but sent a video to the gallery to seek advice on how to fix. Without question Ivan arranged a replacement directly to our home, from Israel.
