David Antle
"This is a (totally free) great spot to see cutting edge contemporary art, from local artists as well as from across the country and overseas. It's also a great spot for the community, with lectures, residencies, workshops, and festivals. In particular, keep an eye out for Hold Fast, the annual arts festival that takes place throughout downtown.
To get to Eastern Edge, walk through the parking lot on Harbour Drive and enter where there is a wooden overhang. The offices and residency studios are on the left, and the galleries are on the right. There are a bunch of great arts organizations in the building to check out as well.
Highly recommend."
