Ad | Ever wondered what it’s like underground in a potash mine?

In celebration of Nutrien’s 65 years of potash production, they sent me on the most amazing tour of the Allan Potash mine, including the processing mill and storage facility.
This was particularly neat for me as Aaron works with Nutrien. Now I understand more of what his day-to-day life is like underground.
And it’s a whole other ...

Reviews Summary

Nutrien Wonderhub is widely praised as a magical place for children, sparking imagination and learning through its interactive exhibits. Families love the engaging, hands-on experiences and the unique Saskatchewan-themed areas. While it's a hit for toddlers and young children, some reviews note it can be pricey for multiple adults and less engaging for older kids on repeat visits.

"A Magical Playground for Curious Minds!

Nutrien Wonderhub isn’t just a children’s museum—it’s a spark of joy where imagination and learning collide! From the moment we stepped inside, my kids’ eyes lit up with wonder. Every exhibit is designed to ignite creativity, problem-solving, and pure, unbridled fun. Whether they were building towering structures in the Construction Zone, experimenting with water physics in the Flow Lab, or crafting masterpieces in the Art Studio, the excitement never faded.

Nutrien Wonderhub is a MUST-VISIT for families in Saskatoon (or anyone passing through like we!). It’s more than a rainy-day escape—it’s a place where kids discover their inner inventors, artists, and explorers. We left with tired kids, big smiles, and plans to return next week. Bravo for creating magic! 🌟🚀🎨"

"I had the opportunity to experience this place for the first time a short time ago with my family when we took my nieces here. It is a great place for young kids to play and have fun with many different areas spread out over two floors. Many of the areas at the time we were her had some designs to simulate the city of Saskatoon or different areas of Saskatchewan like a lake or forest area as well as fishing and farming. There is also many other areas such as a climbing and arts and crafts area. You could easily spend a few hours to all day here as we did. There is also an upper level with a few small party rooms. My nieces had so much fun here I’m sure we will be back soon."

"Great for toddlers, best oddly when nice outside and mid weekdays but bit pricey for multiple adults to watch one toddler play (debate to have your second grown up aka supervisor free as grown ups keep roughians in check!). Weekends get busy and bit ROUGH around edges for the preschool kids who would otherwise enjoy most, elbowed out by under supervised school aged kids.

TODAY ADDED one star (up to 4) as they have finally re added SOME hand sanitizer since my last visit (vs goofy approach for couple years requiring kids to go into single use bathrooms to wash hands between myriad activities... would be even BETTER if more hand sanitizer stations + foam!) I suggest dispenser at entry to every discrete area.

GREAT for toddlers to maybe age 6? I like the net, but big kids get bored with repeat visit. The climbing net is fun as first time activity up to age 12 (please supwrvise your 12 year old with little kids!). First time in Saskatoon? Fun for the whole family!

Worth PASS if younger kids, or ONE TIME VISIT if out of town and have never been, your 7 to 10 year old will like once!

But for winter/weekend waits for no reason. Parking frustrations in summer. Cost and my bored 8 year old ... I just don't like this place as a parent as much as we did 4 years ago

NOTE Great mainstreet kids play area, dress up, stage, pretend areas... but couldn't get picture of the best under 6 areas as would include other people's children!"
