What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise Scandinave Spa Mont-Tremblant for its magical atmosphere, stunning natural setting, and deeply relaxing hydrotherapy circuit. The silence policy, while strict, is often cited as a key factor in the profound sense of peace achieved. Some minor improvements could be made to the shower facilities, and weekend visits can be quite crowded, impacting the serenity for some.
"We had an amazing experience! The only mistake I made is that I wish we would have stayed longer. Had i known how nice and relaxing I would of chosen to spend the day there. Your not allowed to talk or take pictures. That was hard for me lol and I was told to be quiet a couple of times. I also sneakily took pictures."

"My husband and I came here on our honeymoon in September. I purchased my gift certificates at Costco before coming. We reserved online and obtained two towels, one robe and locker each. The reservation included access to the thermal spas and a duo massage. We had Christine and Isabelle and they did an amazing job on the massages. We also got lunch (2 ham/brie grilled sandwiches with the soup of the day) the gift certificates covered the fees of entrance and atleast one meal. It was an amazing first time experience. We plan on coming back. It is clean, the staff is great and not very many people it was very enjoyable. We went during the week while it was quiet. We plan to come back in the winter"

"I had a lovely spa day! Clean and beautiful facilities in a picturesque location. Being able to cold plunge into the river was such a cool experience.
My only feedback is I went on a Saturday and it was extremely busy. Almost hard to find seating! Would recommend going on a weekday if you’re really looking to be serene."

The Scandinave Spa Experience: Hydrotherapy and Relaxation
The spa's design capitalizes on its natural surroundings, offering stunning views and integrating the elements into the experience. You'll find relaxation areas nestled amongst the trees, hammocks swaying gently, and pergolas with adjustable heating for year-round comfort. The cold plunge into the natural lake is a particularly invigorating highlight, offering a refreshing contrast to the heat.
Beyond the thermal circuit, the spa also offers a range of massage therapies. These are designed to complement the hydrotherapy, further easing muscle tension and promoting overall well-being. Booking a massage in advance is highly recommended, as popular therapists often fill up quickly.
Planning Your Visit: What to Know Before You Go
For the most serene experience, visiting on a weekday is highly recommended. Weekends can become quite busy, making it difficult to find quiet spots and fully enjoy the thermal circuit. If you're seeking true tranquility, aim for a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
While admission grants access to the thermal baths, massages and other treatments are booked separately and are an additional cost. It's wise to book these in advance, especially if you have a specific therapist in mind, as they are very popular. Consider purchasing gift certificates from places like Costco before your trip, as this can sometimes offer a cost-saving opportunity.
