I am currently a student at this college and I can tell that flipped classroom does not go well with some courses - such as Accounting or Math. Flipped classroom - is basically when you do all the work at home and you come to the classes prepared; and you discuss what you have learned.
Staff there does not know how to respond to the questions harder than "How are you?". Most of them are basic and know nothing about their job. However, some people might be very helpful.
Teachers - are okay. Depends what you choose. You choose courses yourself and you make your own schedule yourself from the very first semester. If you miss the orientation day, you are screwed. You will need to spend countless hours trying to find out what's up with everything.
