The Chicken Cordon Bleu however was raw in the middle. And not just a little pink, I'm talking bright pink all the way around the middle. The most calling part was when the kitchen and the waiter were trying to argue with me insisting that the pink part was ham. We were told that a meal would be fired quickly, and it took an extra 30 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable, on top of which we were charged full price for everything. A discount would have been in order."

"Water Tower Grill & Bar is a great local establishment. I've dined at this establishment on multiple occasions and the food has never disappointed. Tonight I ventured out to try the Chicken Cordon Bleu as opposed to the typicallg steak. It was great and would recommend others to try it. The local Haskap Cheese cake was the perfect dessert to end off the meal, although I feel like the portion of cheese cake could of been a bit larger. Overall, always a great experience."
