Right from the start, the staff were friendly and so very helpful!
The check in was quick and simple with added info re drinking water availability and washroom location.
Next we met our Zip guides. We were given clear instruction regarding equipment and safety. Each "zip" had something different which made the adventure even more fun! One of our group needed special assistance and this was provided with the most care and respect.
A huge thank you to our experienced guides, Terin and Yoann, who were so friendly, easy to talk to and had many tips and suggestions to make our experience even more memorable.
This was very much appreciated by our group!
As far as zipping in late September, it was coolish but very pleasant.
You might want to be ready with a hoodie and maybe long pants….something to think about.
Couldn’t end this review without a reference to the “ beast”….the rig that took us all to the beginning of our zip experience.
That was another fun adventure you don’t get everyday. Hang on and enjoy that too!
