"Honestly, these people who run the grace hartman amphitheater are very rude and disrespectful.. They were supposed to have a concert for jade Eagleson.. On september 19th 2025.. And the concert got canceled three days before the concert, and then they promised to have refunds back to all people who bought tickets, but honestly they lie.It's been over 34 days since the concert got canceled and they've been promising refunds back ever since.I have never received a refund back for my tickets.And there's no way to get a hold of these people.They don't got no phone number.Nothing, they only got a website for the sudbury summer concert series, and when you message them, they never reply back.I'm thinking that this is a big scam and that I will never receive my money back from these tickets.They're holding the money and they're keeping it.I have all the proof that shows that I purchased these tickets.And that it got canceled.And I never received any money back in my bank..
I wonder how many other people have not got their money back yet.From these tickets that they purchased...
Soon enough, if I don't hear anything back within the next week.And if I don't receive any money back from these tickets, i'm going to be having to file a lawsuit against the city of greater sudbury..."
