What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Travelers generally praise the Bay Ferries crossing for its comfort, amenities, and scenic views, calling it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Some note that onboard parking can be tricky and recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season. The onboard cafe's fries are a surprisingly popular highlight.
"We took the ferry just to see if we could see the whales or seals. We saw lots of seals.
I’m still trying to understand why foot passengers had to embark last. Disembarking was better though with foot passengers disembarking when one level of cars was emptied. This made more sense, instead of standing around forever waiting when there was no seating area.
The ferry was clean. Toilets were clean. And interestingly the fries 🍟 were really good!! Watched a movie in the lounge. I’d recommend the journey just for pleasure or as an alternative route from Nova Scotia to New Brunswick."
