"There are many reasons that make this lake quite unique. It is a graveyard for various vehicles such as train cars and some old trucks. The lake also has numerous freshwater springs feeding it below the surface. As seen in one of the above pictures there is a cave on the north side of the lake which also has water flowing out of it year around. It holds a variety of fish which can be caught in the summer or during the winter. When the wind is blowing from the West the East side of the lake will provide you some shelter. That is a nice place for people to enjoy stand up paddle boards."
