"Former Downtown Chatham Centre. Now One Hundered King is on the verge of something amazing. While the variety of stores is still growing, there are big plans already underway for a brand-new food court, new retailers, and even potential restaurants. This kind of investment is absolutely incredible for Chatham and shows real commitment to the community. Huge congratulations to the four investors who are driving this project forward for the people of Chatham, exciting times ahead! The stores that are currently here (Hart store, dollararma, Charm etc) are great and the staff and managers are amazing. Lynn the manager here is making great changes for the mall and I'm exctied to see the place thrive again."

"The only reason I have it a one is because the whole entire mall is undoing a renovations. There is only a fitness place, a paediatric office and one clothing store and other business open in the mall"

"Had to take my son to his doctors appointment upstairs. It's a nice place to come in and relax but sad to see alot of the stores are gone now but hoping it will grow again to like it was before."
