What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Brockville Municipal Harbour for its beautiful waterfront views and dog-friendly atmosphere, making it a lovely spot for walks and picnics. However, the online booking system for marina slips is frequently cited as confusing and poorly implemented, and some have experienced difficulties with staff communication and docking assistance.
"Staff are super friendly and really helpful, and its a great place. Once you figure out how to book yourself in.. The online booking system is confusing from the start, as its a Campsite booking app. So right from the start you think you're in the wrong place. The names if the marina location, do not match whats on the map or even posted online. Its like someone just made up some names for everything and didnt bother to look at the map first. The whole thing looks like it was setup by someone who felt everyone shoukd know all about the area first or just had no clue what they where doing. The app lists 3 diffrent marina locations but map only shows 1 no matter which marina area you select. Requires you to select a dock number but nothing is actually numbered once you’re there jn person, and they tell you just pick a spot. Clearly not alot of thought put in to this system before it was set up."
