Stopped by to try my luck 🍀. The security team was friendly upon entry, and the washrooms were clean, which I appreciated. However, when we stood at the customer service desk, we were ignored—one representative was on the phone, and the other was too busy on the computer to acknowledge us.
On the positive side, I appreciated the complimentary coffee and Coke. However, I didn’t feel the same uplifting vibe I’m used to at Pickering Casino. Maybe it was just an off day for them."

The only “down” comment I have was a problem with a slot machine I was playing decided to stop working. I had been waiting at least 20 minutes and no one had come to help. I stayed with the machine while my daughter went to find someone to help. Another 15 min or so and a very nice lady came with my daughter, but couldn’t help with the problem. She called “the” tech who couldn’t come over, but she explained the problem and the message on the screen. He gave her some instructions on how to fix it, which actually took about 15 second to take care of the problem.
The fact we had to go find someone to help was annoying, the 4 star rating is based on that."
